About Us

Rural and Urban Development Research Association (RUDRA) is a team of socially committed experts and professionals of different areas. It was formed on 16thApril, 2012. RUDRA is a registered, non-government, non-profit, non-partisan, non-sectarian, voluntary & social organization. After rigorous research on needs of rural and urban areas in diverse fields, many programs are effectively implemented by RUDRA for development, progress and welfare of community. With its globle vision, ‘RUDRA’ works at grass root level which reflects its belief in creating sound society with incessant commitments to Millennium Development Goals. RUDRA also endeavors to address the critical issues of population, sanitation, environment, education, gender equality and equity, water sanitation and conservation, mental, reproductive and sexual health of adolescents. RUDRA want to reach each and every corner of india but presently working in district Haridwar (Uttarakhand) & district Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh). RUDRA is also registered in Nehru Yuva Kendra Haridwar.


I. To create awareness and consciousness for Conservation of Environment.
II. To aware and sensitize community towards Sanitation, Hygiene and Water Conservation.
III. To develop programmes for Complete Health, Overall Development and Welfare of Children, Youth, Women and Senior Citizens and their effective implementations.
IV. To propagate Education and Latest Technologies of different fields up to unaware society.
V. To motivate Un-employed for Self-employment and to develop resources for their livelihood system.
VI. To organize programmes and activities on National and International Days like as Republic Day, Independence Day, World Women’s Day and World Environment Day.
VII. To endeavor for removing inequalities and discrimination on the basis of Caste, Religion, Gender, Place, Social and Financial Status.
VIII. To endeavor for National Integration, Leadership Development, Capacity Building and to protect Human Rights.
